7. Vehicle Assignments
We assign vehicles based on your group size, luggage volume, chosen route, and fleet availability. Ride and Explore retains the right to swap a vehicle for a comparable or upgraded model to maintain service quality without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to offer seamless service, Ride and Explore is not financially responsible for delays, service disruptions, or canceled trips caused by events outside our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, mechanical issues, accidents, or government mandates). To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability remains strictly limited.
