Here is a clear, simplified summary of the Ride & Explore Refund & Cancellation Policy in plain language:
Canceling Your Trip: Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Whether you get a refund—and how much—depends on how far in advance you tell us, the type of service, and any non-refundable costs we’ve already paid on your behalf.
Making Changes: We’ll do our best to adjust your dates, locations, or itinerary based on availability, though changes in distance, time, or third-party bookings may increase the price.
How Refunds Work: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Any non-refundable third-party costs (like pre-booked activities or accommodations) will be deducted.
If We Cancel: If Ride & Explore has to cancel due to operational reasons on our end, we will offer to reschedule or give you a full refund for the unused services.
Events Outside Our Control: If safety issues, extreme weather, road closures, or breakdowns force us to alter or cancel your trip, we’ll try to reschedule. Refunds in these cases depend on the situation and expenses already incurred.
Third-Party Providers: Services booked through external vendors (e.g., hotels, tour attractions) follow those vendors' specific cancellation policies, not ours.
No-Shows: If you don't show up at the scheduled pickup spot without telling us beforehand, you forfeit your payment and won't receive a refund.
